VPC help please???

i just installed a vpc in my car and im not familair with it at all yet, i cant get a kar reading on the afc, i moved the airflow signal wire after the factory harness and onto the vpc harness, but i dont have the air temp sensor that im waiting on yet, do you need that sensor to get a kar reaging on the afc or is somthing else wrong with the vpc. i tested the map sensor as shown in the instrutions and it passes ok. please help so i know wether or not to go further in finding the problem, or if its just the air sensor missing thanx

The VPC will not work properly without the temp sensor.

the way i had mine setup was the safc was tapped into the ecu side of the harness. that way you leave the safc setup for a karman system and the settings are closer to a non VPC'd car.

and 4WARND is right you need both sensors for the vpc to work.
