NGK plugs and wires. That's it.

You shouldn't need more voltage, maybe more amperage, since you might have too much shit drawing power. Get a better alternator. Low voltage means a bad battery.

a bigger battery is a bigger drain on the alternator but a larger reserve than a normal battery. Optimas are good cause you can drain the deep cycles without killing htem and they have high cranking amps and cold cranking amps.
If you want to improve voltage upgrade your grounds and power wires with larger guage wires. You can also get a HO alternator.
Are you running alot of aftermarket electrical equipment? If you arent and you are having issues then you might just need a new alternator

I agree with above. you could always take you altinator in to a parts store and see if it is adaquit for charging i realize that there equipment isnt always accurat but you could do the same with the battery to see if it can hold a charge. then if your having problems with spark then new wires and plugs will help tons. :dsm:

It can but it doesnt always. Low voltage with the car off means the battery is bad or drained, low voltage with it running means the alternator is under to heavy a load or its voltage regulator is bad and the alternator needs to be replaced
