Today after driving around I came home and parked my car and turned it off five minutes later there was a vibration at my feet and my friends in the passenger seat there was also a loud hum any idea what it was?

Mine was doing this same thing. Turns out my transfer case went caput as well as my drive shaft. Is yours awd?

How do I check that.. My transmission has been acting funny lately when I move it from drive to reverse or visa versa it makes a loud clunk but only between those two gears everything else is smooth

Sounds like you're low on gear oil. Our transfer cases are notorious for leaking.
