Crazy Vibrations?

well last night i pulled my broken motor mounts for the second time in 3 months, except this time i put the prothane kit. i know it is normal to have vibrations with the solid hard mounts like thoes but this feels like the balance shaft belt broke or the timing jumped or something, only at idle, specially with the a/c on, shakes the whole dash and steering wheel, is that normal? once im past 1000rpm its so smooth, great traction and no wheel hop at all. let me know if any of you found a resolve for this problem or if you have a similar experience..

Its hard to tell from your words how much vibration that is. It sounds pretty normal to me. But if you have any doubts definitely take a look at your timing marks and BS belt.

Did you have any work done to your car recently? Was it after the install of the motor mounts that it started shaking that badly?

no, it was fine, i did the mounts, 3 hours later i start it up and it idles rough through out the car, i replaced the tbelt and bsbelt and tensioner and pullies 10k ago.

So, because you replaced them 10 THOUSAND miles ago, they're fine? You need to check them. Quit assuming.

i did not assume anything, i said it was fine before i did the mounts and now after doing the mounts it vibrates. and i then stated that i did all the timing work 10k ago.
