so...i have a 92 awd talon tsi. i have replaced the head and set all the timing marks correctly and triple checked them. i was snooping around the forums and stumbled on a thread that was talking about lack of power and knock count.

one thing i was thinking is that i have installed the cas 180* and that is causing the vibration. i have replaced the drive shaft carrier bearings as i have seen and felt problems like this before. got this knock issue going on for a while now and know a few things that need to be done to be sure that there not the problem but im at a point that ill just be slacking on the gas till i get all the parts on there and everything ruled out.

is it possible that the cas is 180*? not making any power till about 3500-4000 rpm. it idles kinda weird but i was thinking that it was just the hks grind 272 cams. was thinking that the knock count might also be from a napa brand knock sensor. any ideas?

have replaced all components.....
-i have replaced the drive shaft carrier bearings. along with solid alum mounts
-poly motor/trans mounts.
-clutch/ flywheel
-front cv axles
-lowered car from stock to 2.5 in of tire to fender clearance.

i got a new tre intercooler that needs to be installed.im working on that. will be buying a water/meth injection kit.

thanks for the time. im kinda stumped at this point.

i can feel it in the front/ steering wheel. looked all around the forums and have not found a case like this. well not that i know of but a few post's make me think there are a few issues that im over looking.
