Vfaq - head removal

ok i looked in the VFAQ to try and find a aid to help me remove the engine head and not screw anything up. i got an idea what im doing but after i get just a bit further imma be confused. so can some 1 direct me to a VFAQ about removing the head?

Read through this a couple times to get the tools lined up, then read it again to get whats going on. Then print and take it out to your car and go to town. Dont forget to bring a Haynes or Chilton for your torque specs.
