I just can't find a clear answer on this...
I have: Eclipse 2G, 2G MAF (obviously), big 16g
I'm going to order: $79 ExtremePSI 3" intake pipe, 3" - 2.25" reducer to hook up to the turbo
and now the other side...
will a 4" - 3" reducer fit? Reducers are round, the MAF is oval.. Can I just squeeze the silicone coupler to the MAF make it fit? And more important, will it fit just fine so I won't have any air entering or leaving the intake at this point? And will it stay in place with just putting it over it? Since I can't find any oval clamps either..
I know this sounds really stupid, but I hope somebody can confirm this or tell me how it's done if this ain't right.
Thanks
By the way, I'm going for this pipe since their intake kit is sold out, injen/dejon are too expensive and I'm allready doing an oversea order with ExtremePSI so I wan't to put it in the same order because of high shipping costs. So please don't question my choice but lets stick with my little "problem"
