Okay so I know the whole venting is bad thing but is there a way i can do it with the 1999 reflashed ecu from jeff? (dsmchips.com)

You either need to have a GM MAF (with MAFT or with ECMlink v3 and GM MAF cable) in blow thru setup or have your car setup to run a speed density setup (ECMlink v3, Evo ECU, etc.)

As long as you're still using your stock MAF thats on your intake you shouldnt vent your BOV

Even if you use a GM MAF in draw thru setup (you replace the stock MAF with the GM MAF without changing the location), you still need to recirculate.

okay so i would but the gm maf and maft but i have a punishment racing fmic with pipes so could that fit?

What are you trying to say, it's a bit vague.

The GM MAF can fit anywhere you want to put it. You'll need to cut out a section of pipe, have it beaded preferably and put the MAF in that location (for blow through). Drawthrough you would just put it where the stock MAS is.

Yes, you'll need to buy some reducer couplers, which are easily found at most supporting DSM vendors that also sell GM MAFT setups.
