valves springs stock or dual springs?

i need to know how woks the BR Valve Spring and TI Retainer Kit form buschur or if you recomend other? for daily driving

Buschur makes great products, pricey but good

For most applications a set of upgraded single valve springs and retainers like the Brian Crower's will be more than sufficient, check them out here:

If you are running something larger than 280's or plan to rev over 9500 rpm's then I would look into duals...
