I cut holes into my valve cover so I can weld AN fittings on them. During the process I drilled through the baffle. Is it safe to run the car like this or should I plug the holes?

You should remove the baffles and replace bro. There's probably tons of metal under it and will contaminate and ruin your turbo/engine! Theres no way you can be sure you get it all and that's a huge risk to take bro. There's a member on here that sells replacements, check the freelance page.

I personally agree with the other two posts, no sense in taking a chance ruining a motor with metal shavings. You can weld repair the holes if you don't want to buy a new baffle. I wouldn't run for long with the holes open, as oil will be splashed up and you will get oil in your vent return system.

I believe the stock baffels are magnesium so they dont weld too well... Thats why @greengoblin makes aluminum baffles
