valve cover bad?

today i disconnected the hose that goes from my valve cover to my intake manifold and i saw that it's leaking in to my intake should this be a problem? my car does smoke a tiny bit but nothing i would worry about. what u guys think?

normal, do a search under pcv

Also, do the catch can mod (I like the fuel filetr version of the mod, search it like I said=PCV).
