Vacum Leak need help

i have a 91 tsi awd and i believe i have a vacum leak now i know you can test it but i was wondering what does one sound like?

the problem it drives fine but when you start pushing boost you can hear a sputtering sound like its trying to suck air but cant and the boost gauge goes up but stops whenever that sound starts.

Also the car shakes whenever that starts to happen

Any ideas

sounds liek you either have a vac leak or a boost leak. Just make an intake leak tester, pressurize the system and listen for for hissing/spray soapy water on the hoses and clamps and look for bubbles.
