Vacum leak?

95 GSX 66,000 miles

I have some lifter noise and a bad ISC (which I have unpluged) but I still get an erratic idle and a weird whistle noise.

Some of the sound was distorted but a few seconds in you will hear the idle drop and the whistle noise begin. Also when driving my car and pushing on the accelerator my stock boost indicator only goes up about half way and the car begins to shake at this point no matter what gear (2-5th) or RPM. I am having a boost leak check done on Monday and the isc replaced saturday. Just hoping it wasn't something else.

Does the sound in the video sound like a vacum leak? Not sure if I want to start disconnecting the EGR stuff just yet.

Problem solved.
A clamp on the lower pipe was loose along with the bov rubber hose being loose. All squared away along with some new plug wires from RRev motorsports and HP Freaks, and we are good to go!
