Vacum Leak?

Hey, just changed my clutch in my 2g this weekend and everyhtings back togather and now it wont acclirate under boost. At idle or a stop lights I can rev it and it does just fine but as soon as I start driving and it starts building boost it like boggs down. My best theroy is a vacum leak. Any other ideas as to what it could be?

Your theory was a good one, do a boost leak test first.
