I broke this line handling it, I'm new to DSM and cars. Anyone know the name of this line or what it might connect to. Maybe where I could find another besides junkyards

That's for the EVAP purge solenoid. Looks like it's already been spliced before. You can splice it again or search for a replacement from the junkyard, but all of the plastic lines will be brittle at this point. You have the option to eliminate the hard line and run a rubber hose from throttle body to purge solenoid. I won't suggest any illegal activities, but if your vehicle isn't inspection prone it may be an option to eliminate that portion of the emissions system.
