Alright, so my battery has died and I lost my tune when I changed it. My friend who usually uploads my tune to it, recently moved away and can't upload it for me. He sent me the tune but it is for dsmlink and I'm only able to download ecmlink (I have windows 7 is why).
Is anyone know how I could switch the file to be read/loaded onto ecmlink?
tune is attached.

Not a lot to change... .

I'd say Just Open both the ECMlink and Dsmlink apps and take a look at what needs changed but guess that may be a problem :p.

All I see that really needs adjusted is the basics... .Your RPM settings, Global Fuel, Deadtime, Timing and a bit on the Fuel sliders. Really not that difficult :) just compare the Them to these screen shoots and change it over...

From the log you are not logging a wideband and I'm sure the car could be tuned a bit more ;)

Hope these help below v :)

The problem is I can't even open it in ecmlink for some reason. I read some where that it needs to be transferred from dsmlink to ecmlink but thats where I am not able to do anything, since I can't install dsmlink on windows 7. So I'm not sure exactly what to do.

You need to open the v3 software and manually copy the values over based on the screenshots above. You can't open a .dat log using the v3 software.

You actually can install the v2.5 software on Windows 7 if you'd like. However, it's probably quicker/easier to just enter the stuff in by hand and then start using v3 to tune.

Okay. Thank you for your help guys. I've never done this myself before, so I might have some questions while I'm doing this.
I'm supposed to have it plugged into my car with the accessories on to do all this, right? Enter it and then send to ecu?

Alright. My new battery should be coming in today so I'll be able to give you guys an update. Thanks again guys.

Okay, I'm having some trouble copying it over. This is my first time doing it, so I'm not entirely sure what I am doing.
For some reason when I try and make the fuel adjustments, I can't match it up perfectly with the screen shot posted. I'm able to get the first three dots to either 12.5 or 12.9. Is there an easier way for me to go about doing this?
Also how am I able to get dsmlink on here anyways? Since someone said that I was able to. I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.

I'm still having some troubles with everything. But are these changed from the tune I had? Or are they changed for the better?

The reason I'm going to try and get the v2.5 is to load my tune. I've never used dsmlink or ecmlink myself so I don't really know the differences or how to go about doing the tuning. I plan on reading more into the guides after I'm able to drive around my car.
For some reason it isn't letting me register an account so I have to wait on a reply to my email about it.

The screenshots posted above are exactly what is in the tune you posted.

Here's how to get DSMlink installed on Windows 7. Not quite sure why you want to do this anyway as the v2.5 app is terrible compared to the v3 app.

If you post a v3 log from your car, I can adjust the necessary sliders if you'd like.

Alright here is a log from today. Idling, driving, and one attempted pull but couldn't get any boost before choking out.

Alright thanks man! I really appreciate it. I owe you. I'll have to visit your shop when I come back and get a better tune.
