i am looking at buying DSMLink v2.5 (will upgrade to v3). My question is does anyone out there have some kinda of base tune I could go off of for my set up?

2g MAF
Denso 660s
1g timing
255 fuel pump
hx35
Crower 280 cams
Manley valve springs and retainers
2g pistons

I just need some kinda base tune then I'll take it from there. Let me know what you got or any ideas to help me out. thanks much!!!!

Denso 660's?? I know you aren't running 280cc injectors, and Denso doesn't make 680's, they make 660's and 720's generally. Even if you're running V2.5, update the software (free) so it's easier to use. You can easily find MAF settings for the 2g maf, and once you clear up the injectors we can recommend global and deadtime settings.

yes i ment 660s. i just made a typo.... haha sorry and there either 660s or 680s i really think there 680s. i have a flow test sheet from not long ago. and these are not the plastic cased ones there all metal. ill look and let you know and thanks for the help. i appreciate it.

they are denso 660s but according to what i just looked up denso 660s flow to 680cc which would explain why my flow sheet reads 680. so yes you are right. they are 660s

Global -31%
Deadtime 180usec
Your 8.5:1 pistons might cause you some knock that you'll have to pull a couple degrees of timing to fix (if you're on a 1g timing map). You can start out on a 2g timing map if you want to be really safe. Monitor your a/f gauge (you should have a wideband) and watch for leaning conditions caused by your larger turbo/cams. If you're on pump gas you'll want to shoot for 11:1 afr to be safe. Make sure you capture the correct values and log your tuning runs. If you can't figure it out you'll need to post logs so we can look at them. Good luck, stay safe.
