ok see if u can understand this i dont ive been runin 93 octane. And ive had a miss when i stopmped the gas and the turbo spooled up in 4th.But had to run 89 today was on e after about 40 miles i wanted to see how bad the miss was with lower grade gas but this miss is gone and the car seems to run better to

Well if you'r boosting high I suggest at least 91.. The car calls for it I would use it...Ive use 87 before but I was running 7psi...Your problem might be somewhere else.

I posted about it and everyone said NO NO NO. I had detonation and it was blamed on the 89. Well I found out today I had my base timing 10 degrees off. It runs without knock now, I will only be running 91,93 or e85 but for 5psi and under you should be ok.
