rolled the passenger window down, went to put it back up 5 mintues later, nothing, wont roll up with either switch. window motor doesn't even respond, have door panel off. no clicking, whining, or anything else.. it's like it's not even getting power

The door lock switch still works on passenger side, i have the door panel off but cant really see anything

how can i get this window up? is there an individual relay for each window somewhere? I'm really confused right now, and it's cold and raining

im going to try to search now, sorry if this is a common issue but this is kinda an emergency with the rain and all (and needing the car in a few hours)

Dont know if you checked, but its happened to me. Is the window lock on? haha. Thought my window motor went out and i had just accidentally pressed the window lock on it. :coy: If not hope you figure it out before it rains.

Ha that happened to me when I first got my car, I thought the passenger window was broken. Did you check all the fuses? I would do that before you start tearing anything out.

I figured it out before i read the posts, but yeah i get the ####ing tool of the week award.

Im going to use the excuse that the first day i bought my 2g the drivers side window controls fell into the door panel, and i never have even seen teh window lock :D
