Resolved Upgrading Evo316G Turbine Housing

I have an evo 3 16g with the stock turbine housing but want to replace the housing with one that bolts to my XSPower header. I must get a waste gate too.

The measurements for the exhaust are 8.5x7cm from center to center.
The flange for the waste gate is 5x5cm center to center.

How should I accomplish putting this all together and running well?
What size turbine housing should I buy and from where?

The turbine housing that comes on an Evo III 16G doesn't need "upgraded"....it's enough to support the flow of the compressor without causing unnecessary lag. Modifying the turbo in any way may upset that balance one way or another.

Instead of modding an Evo III 16G to work with a crappy XS Power manifold, why not find a manifold that will work with the Evo III 16G?

I would like to get the fp manifold and probably will.
What should I do for gaskets?

I need a new exhaust housing because the housing I have has a modified thread bore. One bolt is much larger than the other 3. I have to bore through the fp manifold and I don't want to. I need to change the turbine housing.


Side note: Is a hx-35 and fp manifold a good combo for high hp?
