Upgrades safe to drive to the dyno.

I am adding to my setup and i was wandering if it will be ok to drive to the dyno to get tuned. The shop is a hour away and I have to get on the freeway. I will be adding a sbr 57trim\\slowboyracing manifold with tial 38mm wastegate attached\\Aeromotive FPR+ SS lines from the filter to rail and rail to FPR and return (I will set base fuel pressure befor I drive it)\\. I am tuned at 22psi on the S16g but I am worryed that adding the FPR will mess with my cruise setting on the AFC2 becasue I know I have been over running the stock one and had to run leaner to adjust for the extra fuel. I wont be getting crazy on it on the way there I have a datelogger but I dont trust the stock o2 as far I can throw it.

Should I drive it or tow? Is there anyway I can use to the datelogger to help give it a fresh up on the new mods?

Your fine as long as your install went fine and you don't have any mechanical problems relating to that.

I'm just going to say that is it kind of odd that you still have the stock O2housing, but have that really big turbo...but you should be fine to drive it to the dyno. .

Steve is right, you will be fine. Your off boost tune may have changed slightly but the ECU is still there to compensate for this.

Before you leave and the car is fully warmed up you can check out your STFT on the logger and make any needed adjustments.

stay out of boost and you wont harm it. Just try to get the car close enough the trims can handle the fuel until you can get it on the dyno.

Cause im broke as it is I have another post called (help me spend my money) I just dumped $5500.00. I can live with out the 02 housing till summer and my pockets need to heal first. I also bought but am not installing till I get the rest is ECU plus EMS and a shep trans with quaife-tial bov and gm maft those are summer mods as well as the 02 housing.
