1G Upgrade MAF ?s

i have a 2g and a 3/s vr4 maf is one better then the other? and do i have to put in 550cc inj? or can i use the 450cc, i found some good info just trying to figure out some of the details. and what are some of the pros and cons to this on a 1g

You SHOULD use some kinda tuner after the maf swap..Or the 550's.

I would reccomend the tuner of some sort...I have not seen a log from directly swapping the maf and injectors in.

If you going to not stop at upgrades..You will need a tune, or something to tune with..Being an safc,custom chip, link ETC.

are you calling me dumb thanks for the info, can i up the new maf in and run 450s and no tuner for now? and which maf is better 2g maf, 3/s vr4 ?

Well get a 2g maf and run 550s with it still get a logger to help, so you can see whats going on or get some type of tuning device.

If its for a 1g, you can run a 2g maf and 550's with no tune. Its close enough.

But i wouldn't do it with out a wideband and a logger. I wouldn't make any changes with out those though.
