Unused sensors for Built Motor?

I have a built 1g 6-bolt with aftermarket intake manifold (JM Fabrications). I have a lot of sensors that im not sure where to plug in? Are all these supposed to be used because it seems that i dont even have a place to plug them in. I also will be running DSM Link V3.. so will there be any CEL's if i dont use the sensors

Some sensors you wont need to plug in. The cam sensor might be shaved off or what not. Im not sure, I mean our shop built motor is a mixed 6/7 bolt motor.
