after doing a lot of searching about this topic, i have come up with a lot of different answeres. I am asking can a rear underbody bulb be put on a second gen DSM?
Zac

Sure. You can put anything, anywhere with TEK head screws.

Well, except on my bumper, it's all cut out for less wind resistance :p

the rear bulb is kinda tricky. I'm sad to say I've done 3 installs, one of them on an avenger. (car looks identical to 2g from underneath) I ended up leaving before we were finished and the back bulb hangs way farther than I would have liked. amazingly it's held up for half a year already, but from behind you see the bulb, and not the glow. I am now against underbody, but if you're gonna do it, do it right so ya only see the glow.

Here is kinda a diagram of how i did it,

depends on how long the tube is

i had a 34" under mine, i slit it in and its pretty much a puzzle on how it went in, but after it went in it wasnt coming out. i drilled a few holes and put some wire ties in there to hold it in place. even with only half the tube showing it still light up the whole ass.

and all my ricer lights are off btw. they do get old after a while. food for though.

My underbody LED tubes were a pain when it came to what do in the front and rear..the rear was easier than the front for me, the rear wasnt all the way back though, instead it was on the rear brace between the wheels, the tube doesnt really show unless you're back a decent distance from the car, it just doesnt glow outward as brightly. I'll try to get a pic/diagram for you if you ask nicely :p :)
