2G Under my Valve cover

I bought my car with all kinds of mods most were undisclosed. Anyone able to spot if there is anything aftermarket in these photos?
Or anything look out of the ordinary?

I just finished up removing all the RTV around the seal to put on my new valve cover.

That’s one of the better RTV jobs I’ve seen. The only area is near the CAS they could have done better. Good luck repeating that quality of work.

There shouldn't be any RTV except in the corners of the the cam caps and around the half moon seal!
Quite a bit of dirt in the oil which isn't good. I wonder what the rest of the engine looks like?

Aftermarket injectors, fuel rail, and fuel feed. Everything else under the rocker cover to me looks like OEM.
