Under dash relays and cut wires...

Finally found what I think the relays are for.... window relays and anti theft relays. But there are wires cut going to those relays so I was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram? Also there are a couple fuses along that harness that don't look stock, I'm trying to figure it out what the previous owner was trying to accomolish. Attempting to clean up the wiring nightmare before I install the dsmlink ecu.
