Un-divided turbo exhaust housing with ewg, any difference in power or efficiency?

Well I was looking through Dejon's website today and noticed they have an option for you to get a undivided turbine housing and thought that would be something cool to do since I'm running a 18g with a 8cm housing and a PR EWG off the o2 housing, I just don't really understand what the gains would be from it. Just more flow? Better spool? Because I'd imagine since it is divided it would give you more room to port out the flapper hole etc. Hmmm

One thing about this though is I'm wondering why you wouldn't round it all the way around instead of just making it partially un-divided.

I never understood why PTE does this, but I guess it works. You'd be wise to port the lip out of the o2 housing if you were running a similar housing....although you could never use a housing like this with an external gate off the o2.
