On a Jet Plane,
Illinois
Once upon a time; back on July 7, 2007, (that would be 7-7-07 for those who like numbers) I purchased my first dsm. It was a black Tsi AWD autotragic car. I say "autotragic" because on what was suppost to be the luckiest day EVER, the car goes into "limp" mode as soon as a drive away with the title.

Haha... Should've known then and there that this would only lead to trouble. Anyways here is a picture of the black car.

The car was driven in "limp" mode for a few months until finding this shell:

Enter: Snow White.
Snow White recieved the engine and various other parts from the black car. She offically became the Daily Driver that turned Project Car back into Daily Driver....
....back into Project Car.
... in May of 2010. Snow White racked up about 50k miles in the span of 3 years and collected a ton of parts. However, she developed systemic cancer of the body. She was put to rest on 11- 7-2010. She has a chance at a ressurection, as a body man I know wants to scoop her up. So we'll see.
This is where TRBOBLU comes into play. Turbo Blue is a virtually rust free shell, but suffered from a disorder known as "ricerownerous". Poor car had almost every wire under the hood or in the car cut for some unknown reason. She also had various interior panels painted, as well as the engine bay and differental are a nice shade of baby powder blue.
It *almost* matches the Kona Blue Pearl. Almost. Oh, let's not forget the plethora of eBay universal "performance" parts and headlights that belong to a 2gb Eclipse; that were wired into the o2 sensor. I kid you not.
Here's a pic of TRBOBLU

There's a little bit of backstory. Right now both cars are stripped down... I shall add some more later on the progress of these cars and what the plan is. Woo!
Dsms are fun.
