Hmmm well he can't spell the car manufacturer, or the actual car he supposedly took this twin turbo v6 from.

Calibra's do have an AWD version... but the V6 is not turbo... Who knows, anything is possible, But my BS flag would be raised.

ya know now that i think of it, does anyone know somewhere i could find a twin turbo kit or conversion of a 1g DSM? that would be great to use two smaller turbos that my single 61 trim, espically for street driving

^ Are you joking or are you serious? ^ Search for twin turboing our dsms and you'll find the threads that explain why this idea is pretty pointless. It's not worth the work and money to do it. However, I'm sure it could be done but I think the costs will outweigh the benefits.

TT 4 cyl = rice IMO, it's been debated, but I think general opinion is to stick with a single turbo setup.

If you want quick boost, stick with a 16g. If you want consitent boost, stick with a single turbo. If you want power, stick with a single turbo. If you want show, go with a twin setup, but I would race you any time with my single setup for pinks.

And what the hell is a 61 trim? WTF I raise the bs flag on this guy.

there is such a thing as a 61 trim found here http://www.turbocalculator.com/sale-garrett.php, it's the sixth one down. theres also a 62 trim and a 70 trim so lower your bs flag.

I agree. I've only seen two twin turbo installs in Mitsubishi. 3000 GT vr-4 and Vr-4 Galant. The 3000 GT is 3.0 litre and the Galant is a 2.5 twin turbo.
Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.
The et and trap speed does look a little off though. Who knows. I would ask for an official time slip just to be sure. If he can't produce the time slip then perhaps I would be somewhat dubious about the rest of his claims.

At 30 psi huh? what times are you running? Let us know a little bit more about your setup. As for the twin turbo thing, like I said do a search. There is a reason all the Supra guys and Skyline guys go to a single turbo setup. As for the car on Autotrader, somebody please go take a look at it from the area, pronounce it a hoax or whatever (cause it probably is), and tell the guy to at least paint it a decent color and get rid of the body kit cause it's a disgrace to dsms period.
