I know it could be a couple of things but if you could list some possiblities bc im lost now...! The car is turnin over but it won't catch. If you can give me some suggestions and possibly tell me how to check it out(not a complete idiot but makin sure I do it right). Like i said it just turns but wont catch. HELP ###

first thing is always, as is already posted, to check that you are getting air, fuel and spark. once you find that out it will point you where to go from there..however

my first guess would be to check the mpi fuse. especially if your not getting fuel (if you put the key in the on position, do you hear the fuel pump whirring.).
after that, hook up a timing light to check each plug wire to make sure your getting spark. (this way you dont risk electric shock)
have you pulled the plugs, they will tell you alot of what might be going on, or not going on as the case may be.
is the tach moving when you crank it over?

theres a few simple things that should tell you where else you need to go.

Thanks all but I have to come to find out thtat because someone riding in my car felt like leaving my door open...its killed my battery...erasing my tune. So I'm pretty much screwed now bc I have dsm link but someone felt like jacking it one night outta my car at a party... Anyone have any solutions about gettin another cable for the dsm link? Once I get that I can set a temp tune to get my car to where it needs to go. After that I can get a real tune.

sorry to hear that, thats bad luck...
first i would tune up whoever stole it, then go get a cable.

you can probably find a cable on ebay somewhere. if not there then the dsmlink site im sure sells replacement cables.
