You can see my setup in my profile but just to break it down I have a sc61 with a Turbonetics cast manifold. I have a Tial 38mm wastegate off runner number 1 and I had the boost set to 20lbs. Even with the boost set to 20lbs it still crept to 26lb in 3rd gear. I then figured "what the hell" lets port the manifold to see what it does before I go out and buy another manifold. I removed the wastegate and noticed that the hole was only 35mm and I opened the hole out to 38mm. I also noticed that when you reach in the manifold with your finger there are sharp edges inside the manifold. I ported the manifold with a die grinder and a few stone bits for about 2hrs until there were no sharp edges. I then finished it off with the white round stone bit to really smooth things out. After that I took the car for a few pulls and it wouldn't creep if i paid it to. The boost stays rock steady at 11lbs.

I actually read your profile to be sure you didn't run the 14.5 on sc6152. Not bad for the T2small! Glad your porting worked out and hope you took your turbo off as said. Have you tested it out at the higher boost levels?

yes I have tested it at higher boost levels, I had it set to 20lbs from a boost controller and stayed right there without falling off.
BTW: I did not remove the turbo because I stuffed a paper towel down runner number 1 on the turbo inlet side and ported away. Runner number 1 does not merge with the others for quite a bit. For clean up I user a shop-vac and with a 1/2" adapter and I was able to get this 1/2" wide 1 foot hose in the hole and down the runners. It was clean as hell when I was finished.
