hey guys i ended up picking up a t3/t4 turbo, manifold, gm inline mass air flow sensor, a inter cooler, and a look alike hks bov, i was wondering if anybody knew were i could find the hook ups for the air sensor and a good place were i could get the oil lines for the turbo, and do i have to have a waste gate and what is the main purpose for them? any help is appreciated

non turbo ecu's dont have the knock sensor. bottom line the ecu wouldn't be able to do anything with the info form the sensor. the only other thing your going to have to is changed a wire for the mass air flow sensor. the only other diff from the turbo to n/t ecu is the setup for cr and injector size and the mass air. I also noticed the pics of the ebay turbo i would get somthing diffrent and run it. a 16g would be perfect if not more then enough. Also your going to need to upgrade your feul pump i would just do it once and go with a walbro 255 and be done with it

i wasnt talking about keeping my n/t ecu, i was talking about switching to the turbo ecu, would it be wise, and necessary, im starting to think that a 16 g turbo would be better, at what rpm does a 16 g start to spool? im planing on switching to a welbro but if i keep my n/t ecu, would it hurt any thing when i upgrade my injectors to 450s?

Instead of spending the next few months asking all of your questions on here, use the search function, there are a ton of answers and info out there that can answer all of your questions.

That being said if you want to turbo your car you will need a turbo ECU. If you decide to upgrade your fuel system, you will need to get something to tune with, AFPR, ECMlink, etc.

Also, ditch the "t3/t4" and get a 14b, they are great turbo's and a used one would be more reliable than your "t3/t4" hands down.

i would actually much rather you just not try and help me at all thru this build to be completely honest with you, all im doing is tring to get advice, and honest help from people that has done this before, not self centered pricks like yourself.

Wasnt intended to sound like a "prick", but if you read the rules like you were soposed to, you would'nt be asking the original question! When you signed up to this site you couldnt have missed it??But you did
