okay, what I dont understand is how the MAFT helps you fix the problems associated with venting. yes, i understand that it goes after the BOV so it measures accurately the air that is coming in, but isnt it the ECU that is compensating for the extra air that *should* be coming into your intake (but isnt bc of venting)? wouldnt this mean that the MAFT doesnt really do anything but measure the air exactly how it is (which is all the stock MAS does anyway).
btw -- yeah i kno they are huge and arent honey-comb shit and they flow better but im just talking about the whole 'running rich' problem we seem to have between shifts and shit sometimes.
btw #2 -- i have the RFL on my car and is vented (of course) and i havent had any problems (aside from smelling the gas from running a little rich when i come to stops)
