2G turbo upgrade?

would it be best to take out the t25 and put the 14b in untill i upgrade to the big 16g?

Ohh... let us count the ways....

If you put a 14b on now, you'll most likely be purchasing or putting together an install kit, correct? This will get you set up for a 16g install, as the water lines and oil lines will already be switched over and you'll already have a J-pipe/L-pipe set up. So when you go to install your 16g, everything will pretty much be done already.

But, if you take the T25 off, put a 14b on, then later take the 14b off to put the 16g on, you're running the risk of having more things go wrong; i.e. bolts breaking, etc. I'd rather do it all in one shot, but if you want to get used to a better flowing turbo before you get the 16g, go for it. It's just a little more work for you, that's all. Consider it good practice for swapping turbos.
