My turbo is blown and i dont have the money to get it fixed yet, but i need the car, is it possible to temporarily convert the carto a N/T. Its a 90 Eclipse

Yeah what he said youll spend that much in parts to convert it to NT for the time being.
 
If you disconnect the wastegate arm from the flapper,you will basically be running in non turbo mode,the car might make like 4 psi,it will feel really really slow though,but if you can't get it fixed now it's the simplest was to be non turbo
 
Your fuel trims will off since turbocars use alot more fuel than their N/A counterparts. You'll be running too rich all the time so you will need a piggyback to correct this. A used turbo will not set you back more than 200 bucks.
