So I turbo'd my N/T around 8,000 miles ago (car now has 79,000 miles on it). I wanted to see how it was holding up so I ran a compression test and here's the results from left to right:
190 190 165 175
I added a cap of oil to the #2 cylinder and it brought compression up to around 185. N/T compression is supposed to be 192 and the service limit is 145. Should I be concerned about these numbers? Before the swap everything was 210 compression across all 4 cylinders. Is there anyway without a leakdown test to determine if the dropped compression is because of rings or valve stem seals? I also notice a decent amount of blow by which I'm not sure is related to rings or a bad pcv valve. The car only has 79,000 miles on it though.
