compression test results.

so i decided to do a compression test on my car today and i got a reading of 180 all across.

stock compression seems to be 160 give or take.

is it a tad bit high or is it badWTF

the motor was rebuilt not TOO long ago. its got about 60k or so on it

From what i understand 180 seems to be the common accepted value for cylinder compression on a 4g63, seems you have nothing to worry about!

i hope so...im doing a wet test tmw just in case and post the results

180 compression is right on for the 2G's, the 160 your thinking is what the 1G's would be around because of the pistons lower compression ratio. So if you're at 180 you got nothing to worry about.
