as some of u already know, I'm going to buy a 2g when i come back from basic.

i'm looking to eventually make around 400-600hp as a daily driver

suggestions on turbos for when i get the supporting mods?

looking for great spool time with great power (as we all are)

maybe a 20g?

Read some of the countless threads on this site that are identical to the one you've started here and I'm sure you'll have a better idea.

A 20G is nowhere near a 600hp turbo, and a 600hp daily driver is not really a feasible option. There is a huge difference between a 400hp car and a 600hp car.

+1 Sorry but a 600hp DD for a dsm just doesn't happen that easy. You might want to look into maybe a bolt on hx35.

Do you have any money saved up,or are you counting on the money you will accumulate during basic? Because if your lucky after taxes that's only gonna be what 2k? Also i agree if you looking at 400hp dd look into a hx35

Get real, 600 HP daily driving car is a far fetched plan. It's not that easy and it'll take a lot time and money to build a 600 HP car. Like jusmx141 said, there's a huge difference between a 400 HP to a 600 HP. A 400 HP might be accomplished on a stock block but shooting for 600 HP will definitely not.

Don't overboard on one part that need other support parts. Plan ahead so you don't bail on the project.

no way i'm gonna bail. once i get the GSX its gonna be my baby.

400-600hp is a big difference. its also a range :p.

no sir. after i come back from basic and MOS training (and after i deduct the $1500 i owe in taxes and the taxes out of the monthly pay) i should be at about 4k with just that money alone.

then i'll be making a little over $500 a month just to go to college through the ANG. and with a part-time mechanic job (depending on how school is going) at $17+/hr through the ANG i should be doing fine.
