turbo seals

does anyone no if it breaks the turbo seals to adjust the way the turbo points???
and does it matter what way the oil inlet points and oil outlet

You are probably trying to adjust the way the Compressor Housing on the turbo faces. No it will not hurt your seals in the turbo, its completley fine to adjust the cover. As for the Center Section, keep the drain on the bottom because it has to gravity bleed back to the pan. So oil feed on top, oil drain on bottom.
