Turbo rebuild issues

So I bought a rebuild kit for a TD05 and nothing fits. The journal bearings are to big the thrust plate is thicker and the thrust sleeve is smaller. My question is could my turbo actually be a 14b? My turbine shaft diameter is 6.5mm and 9.0mm. The inside diameter of the journal bearings in the rebuild kit is 10.15mm. I'm sure someone knows if there is a difference between the 2 turbine shafts. Im not sure if I have a bad rebuild kit or if this turbo has been pieced together.

When I rebuilt my big 16g I got my kit from a fit named tradergreg on ecrater.com and everything was perfect,i also had bought a ebay kit and nothing fit. Go with the one I mentioned
