hey, i have a garret turbo and i just just wanted to know what would be the best engine oil to use for best performance/ turbo life.

Olive oil works the best for turbo cars. Maybe some peanut oil or safflower works well too. It gives that nice rich smell, but you have to be careful of the relatively low burning temperature.
This thread should end NOW! Please Lock this, as it's been done time and again. If you've done any searches, there are far too many that have rehashed this topic. If you are looking for a synthetic oil, they are close to the same and it depends on price with pretty definitive cost to work put in ratio. (Not necessarily better oil, just more research has gone into it.) Natural oils are all across the board and are not recommended for high performance engines with low machine tolerances. Done. No more discussion.
