I have tried two different stock lines on my 20g turbo I am using stock 16 g line with new washers and it is tight there are no cracks in the line. I also have the bs elimination kit in this with no restrictor. I want to change the line but for this weekend I need a solution. Please help!

From where is it leaking? The head or the turbo? Did you put new crush washers on each side? I know some times if you use old ones, or if you put them both on one side it will allow enough space for a leak. Also are you sure you are using the correct banjo bolts?

You probably just have ridiculously high oil pressure because you've tapped it off the oil filter housing with no restrictor which is why it's leaking. Unless you have the restrictor laying around, you'll have to get your oil from the head. Probably not too much help for this weekend.

Sourcing oil from the head requires a new banjo bolt and two crush washers at the very least. Possibly a new line and fitting for the turbo as well and you'll have to cap the connection off the oil filter housing.

On a quasi-related note, there's a pretty good discussion about where you should tap your oil line for your turbo. Depending on the turbo and where it's sourced from, people have ruined the seals on their turbo with the high oil pressure. I'm sure it'll come up if you search for it.

its actually coming from the bolt on the turbo from the head using stock line new crush washers good bolts

The oil pressure is going around 3/4 on the stock gauge which doesnt seem too high I have not had to chance to get the pressure oil gauge installed yet. Anyways I dont know if its needed to use a restrictor on the head or not but I am going to attempt to get a braided line setup put together locally. Is it better to run from you oil cooler line with a restrictor or is that not necessary using the 20g

Nevermind what I said earlier then. It is not necessary to use the restrictor on a line tapped from the head, only from the filter housing. I would try a new line and a new fitting on the turbo and see if that fixes it. Good luck and post what fixed your problem.

even the hard banjo line to tap from the head has a restrictor in the one banjo...something to think about. either way one of the banjos sees higher than restricted oil pressure and don't leak, so there is probably a problem with your line.
