I just bought a 90 laser RS and i noticed some oil leaking onto the turbo, and on the ground! i went to take the bolt out of the head that holds and feeds to the oil feed line and its stripped out, who ever had it before me over tightened the bolt and stripped the threads out of the head! How do i fix this with out replacing the head? i thought maybe helecoil would work but I'm scared to make it any worse! need help fast

Just tap the threads in your head out to a larger size, get a bolt to fit it, and put the bolt in to block off the oil. Then pick of a SS oil feed line from one of the many vendors here on this site, or eBay, and run that from your turbo to your oil filter housing.

Also be sure it is the threads in the head that are stripped. Thoses banjo bolts break very easy.

you should be able to fill that up, and tap a new thread into it.
Its a smaller bolt- as where my two headbolt holes were stripped from bad headwork, and those got tapped it's like new again. good luck.

you could also get a oil line relocator kit its better for the turbo to it wont pull all the trash from the head into the turbo it gets its supply after the oil filter then you can just plug the head up
