I want something a little bigger for every day driving. I was thinking about upgrading to a fpt28 for every day driving and a nirtous kit for race days. I'm thinking the nitrous might make the t28 creep so I'm considering an external dump tube o2 housing. The nitrous system would probably be a dry shot controlled by dmslink2.

Basically I want a stealth profile that is a good everyday driver and a decent raceing car. How big of a shot do you think the motor can consistantly handle with this setup?

Also do you think I could tap the line and run some nitrous to the intercooler to cool it down? Will most likely get a upgraded smic.

I am not a fan of internally gated external dump tubes, seeing as they usually cause more problems than they solve. The 2g engine can make as much as 500 hp if you keep detonation to a minimum.

Well dsmlink can add fuel when the nitrous is shot. So that's why I was thinking dry shot. I could go with a bigger turbo then a t28, but then I would need a fmic, new intake pipe, turbo install kits, etc.

Rather just have 300whp every day driving with a 75hp shot of nitrous up top. Also since I hear how the 2G head doesn't flow so well I figured the nitrous would help alot with that.

Maybe if the engine goes south with a setup like above, I'll get a built 6 bolt with a 50 trim and nitrous if I can afford it at the time.

I don't wanna touch the internals on my 7bolt since it's running good so far, knock on wood.
