Yea you can plug off the one on the intake....try to take a better pic of the water lines by zooming out some.

I do not recognize anything in the first picture. The nipple, in the third photo, on the turbo intake pipe should connect to a "T" fitting which is connected to the waste gate actuator and the stock BCS(2nd pic). I can't verify my statement cause I'm using a manual boost controller and have that nipple plugged off.

For the moment, that open nipple will allow un-metered air in to the intake, causing the car to run richer.

yeah thank you all for your help i appreciate.... and i am going to post some better pictures for the water lines ....sorry about that...

Wrong. That is just a breather hose for the engine. Also, I would just bypass the solenoid, there. Don't actually take it out, but just disconnect those hoses and bypass it.

I wouldn't worry about everything. It really seems fine. I'm pretty damn sure that that hose laying under your intake in the third picture plugs into that nipple, though - if you wanted to hook that back up.

what do you mean by bypass it? just unplug them and connect them together? (for the solenoid) sorry but i am new to all this terms or words

thanks for the help

You need that solenoid unless you have a MBC (then you completely bypass it). This link shows you how to take off the restriction in the solenoid, you will get an increase of about 1-2 psi.

Alex's 2g Waste Gate Solenoid Restriction Removal FAQ

You should have 3 hoses that hook up into the intake, 1 is from the valve cover (breather), 1 is for the charcoal canister (emissions), and the last one is for the BCS.
You have the 2 hoses hooked up correct that go to the BCS, the bottom one goes to the wastegate nipple and the other goes into a nipple on the intake.
Here are a couple of used websites....
