turbo help??????

ok,, i was talking about replacing my 14b with a big 16g,, well last night my friend skippy,, gave me a turbo that his brother,,its a toyota ct-26,, it looks like it will work,, i just need to fab up some stuff,, does any one have any ideas about this turbo,, maybe the CFM,,,, trim or if tha are good turbos,,

id say sell it and get a tdo5 or tdo6 20g less fab the better you are

CT-26 I beleive was the stock turbo off the MR2 Turbo in the early '90s.

Looks like the CT26 maxxes out around 470cfm / 32.4 lbs/min. That's somewhere between a 14B and a Small 16G.

It could work, but performance-wise it's not worth the work that would be involved.

thats funny,, the website you found the ct-26 turbo on is the same play i bought my rebuild kit from for my 14b... but its a good site,, really fast service,, good prices,,

awesome, well good luck selling it and u can find a 20g for a good price on here keep us updated on what you get. and my house in crystal river is not that far from you
