Turbo Head - will it fit?

I want to buy a turbo head 1g from an internet seller to put on my n/t 1g but i had a couple questions:

1. The head is ported and polished - will I see any gains from mating this to my block?
2. If I buy the head, what other parts would i need to make it work?

I'm gonna go turbo this winter so this head would come in handy anyway.. just curious as to how it would run n/a and how to make it fit.

It will bolt right up.
You dont need anything to make it work.
The only diff between the turbo and n/t heads are the internals.
As far as gains there will be gains but nothing crazy.
Where will you be buying the head from.

well i was gonna get the ported turbo head but instead i'm settling for a stock head that comes with a intake manifold and tb.. im buying from a seller off dsmtrader
