turbo drain line hitting motor mount

Hey guys, I'm currently installing a pte 61 into the talon. All is goin well ecxept for one major problem. The SS drain line that i have won't clear the front motor mount. It sits right smack ontop of it and it kinks and it won't allow me to pull it towards the oil pan. Anyone else have this problem. Please someone help, the car has been down for like 7 months and this is the last thing i need to get it up.

Do you have a picture of this? Also, what angle fittings do you have?

I use a straight fitting and a 45 degree fitting for the drain line. The hose has to be the proper length or it will bend or kink.

Break out the grinder and clearance the motor mount. That should do it.

I run 2 45* fittings, but I also had to grind and clearance the motor mount.

I would also agree to break out the grinder to clearance the mount. I recently bought a silicone return line kit from SBR, which comes with 8" of hose that requires trimming for tailoring to each specific car:

When not cut to sufficient lenght (not cut short enough), the hose definitely hits the mount. However, after trimming to exactly the right length, the hose no longer hits the mount. So, since you have a fixed length SS return line, I would clearance the mount. Either that, or you can get the cut-to-length silicone line that I got. Good luck bro

I run a -10 braided line with a 45 on my PTE and a straight on the pan. I did not have to grind anything. It should bolt up fine you just need to find the direction to point the fitting so it does not hit the mount.
