My current turbo is not water cooled. In the process of the install, I ruined the coolant return plug. I am now thinking of going back to water cooled but I am not sure where I can plumb the return line to... that isn't the OEM location.

The OEM return plug is the boss that is to the right of the thermostat housing on the waterpipe (essential the left side of the water pipe). If it is ruined, then I would just get a 3/8 NPT plumbers brass fitting and according drill tap and just tap into the waterpipe. Just remember to use some liquid teflon or plain teflon tape to ensure non-leakage. Don't worry, the waterpipe is thick enough to take it.

Huh, I thought the water pipe was the supply. The block side of the equasion is what I can no longer use.
