hey guys

i need a lot of help. i am looking to turbo my 1998 420a i just purchased. it does have 100+k on it but im pretty sure all the major parts such as the timing belt have been replaced because it runs like a champ. i was thinking about going to a performance shop and just asking them what i needed to do to turbo my 420a. but then i figured that they would give me a bunch of bull just so i would go through with turbocharging it with them and getting extra parts. so i wanted to know what i would have to do to the engine to get it ready for a turbo. i already have a full exhaust manifold, plug covers, intake all that good stuff. what else would you recommend to get? i wanted to know where i could get a cheap turbo kit and what stuff i would need to buy. i was looking on ebay( a friend told me they have cheap good stuff on there for turbos) and i found some kits for 600$ but they said i needed to also purchase a turbo manifold? so please if someone could help me and tell me EVERYTHING that i would need to do and the cheapest possible way to slap on a turbo to my baby. also would i be able to do this job myself?

thanks alot

Dude your just better off saving up your cash and going with a hahn racecraft turbo kit from their site, comes with everything you'll need, intercooler, turbo, manifold, injectors, piping for IC, they even got the tech line if you wanna install it yourself, and they're hella patient, I'm running the hahn kit on my NT its the sheezy dude, trust me save up and get that kit you won't regret it
